Carrot fritters sound quite different and unusual but they are damn good and a very quick snack made in just 10 minutes time. It’s gluten free and vegan. My kids returning time from school. Rainy weather too.. suddenly I thought of making something like bajji but with less oil. Just mixed up everything, scooped, spread, drizzled oil and done. Kids loved and asked for more. When you try something new the quantity would be lesser unfortunately they turn out fab and end up insufficient. That’s what happened. Pair it with sauce of your choice for more fun. Do try this yummy healthy snack for your kids and post your comments!
