Measurement of each and every ingredient plays the major role in baking a cake. You can bake this cake in pressure cooker or steam using a pan without electricity and other appliances. This is an easiest recipe to make a multigrain banana cake when your loved ones demand.

Note : Use a flavorless oil. Oil is best for fruit based cake.

I tried this cake without sieving.

My cakes usually have moderate sweetness. My family loves cake this way. If you have a sweet tooth you may add 3 to 4 tbsp more sugar. I bake cakes often( without the frosting) so, I don’t use much sugar also the sweetness of coconut sugar, brown sugar or palm sugar are less when compared to refined one.

Used 7 inches round pan.
