INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Onion chopped – 1 (small)
Capsicum – 1/2 chopped
Cabbage – 1/4 cup
Moong sprouts – 1/4 cup
Beans chopped – handful
Tomato ketchup – 3 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Dry Basil – 1 tsp
Salt as required
METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic and onion.
Add in all the chopped veggies like cabbage, capsicum and beans. (You may include any available veggie in your pantry)
Add the moong sprouts and salt. Saute them for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Add the spices and herbs like chilli flakes and basil leaves. Mix well.
Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce and give it a good mix. Adjust salt. Turn off the stove.
Transfer to a bowl and serve hot !
