Veg Subzi

Kids are usually very choosy. When it comes to food, they would prefer to have paneer or chicken based food. I just wanted to try, make them have vegetables somehow. So, this is the recipe I have come up with lots of vegetables and paneer. This subzi is restaurant style gravy loaded with veggies and makes a rich healthy dish with readily available ingredients in your pantry. Subzi goes well with roti, naan and parathas. It is full of proteins and vitamins and your kids would definitely love this subzi. Veggies would vanish with paneer no doubt. Its a perfect dish for party. This subzi is my kids favourite. Hope your kids like it too. Do try and enjoy with your family and friends.
